This study analyzed interorganizational network characteristics on social participation service organizations of elderly people as network analysis using a survey data which was carried out in Pusan. The results are as follows. First, In general, the degree of interorganizational network differs according to the network types, which consisted in ¡®information and communication¡¯, ¡®clients referral¡¯, ¡®clients contact¡¯, ¡®interorganizational agreement¡¯. Second, the public organizations and facilities which has diverse services was in a high level of the centrality of network. Third, the employment support organizations such as job-seeking support center, job information center interchange resources actively compared with other types of organization. Lastly, a few organizations among case management organizations established in demonstration project have occupied high rank in the three types of centrality. This indicates these organizations play an important role in general network. These findings suggest that the establishment of core organizations which can coordinate information or resources on interorganizational network is necessary.
